Emergency Hotline: 1.800.400.4271

24 hours a day / 7 days a week

What is an Emergency?

Gas leaks, an odor of gas, damaged lines, and carbon monoxide symptoms are all considered emergencies. If you have an emergency, call our emergency hotline at 1-800-400-4271 . Our personnel are ready to assist you 24/7. When in doubt, call us immediately.

If you smell gas, do not attempt to locate the leak. Instead, leave the house or building right away. Do not turn on or off any electrical switches, appliances, or lights, as an electrical charge could create a spark. When you are in a safe place, call the Peoples emergency hotline.

Peoples Pays It Forward: The "Eat, Drink, Help" Program

  • Pennie's Bake Shop & Espresso Bar

  • Peoples presenting a check to the VOICe of Butler County for $1,000

The Peoples Eat, Drink, Help Program supports small businesses, local charities, and helps build stronger communities.

Through this program, we partner up with a local business, and that business chooses a local charity to receive our support. For the first installment of our Eat, Drink, Help Program, we teamed up with Pennie's Bake Shop & Espresso Bar in Butler, PA for the "Pennies for Change" campaign.

For every coffee purchased at Pennie's, we donated 50 cents to the VOICe (Victim Outreach Intervention Center) of Butler County. The VOICe provides confidential services at no costs to individuals and families who are survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and other crimes. In May, we presented a $1,000 check to the VOICe of Butler County. We would like to thank Pennie's Bake Shop & Espresso Bar for this partnership and thank the public for supporting “Pennies for Change.”

Next up, we will be partnering with Cummings Coffee Shop, followed by Mazzanti’s Beans and Cream in July, and the Butler Hot Dog Shop in August. Each business will select a charity to receive the $1,000 donation from Peoples. Keep an eye on our Twitter and Facebook pages (@peoplesnatgas) for more details, so you can stop by these businesses and give local charities your support.

With the Eat, Drink, Help Program, together we can build stronger communities.
